What Are The Side Effects Of Folic Acid?
I am 31yrs old Kenyan Lady, i have a 4 1/2yrs old daughter and i'm planning for another baby. I recently got Folic acid tablets 5mg from the chemist without prescription. I understand the recommended amount is 0.4mg (400mcg) if i'm not mistaken therefore is it ok for me to have 5mg tablet once every day? are there any side effects?
