Hello
Cataract is opacification of lens because of age related changes. There are no home remedies for cataract and the treatment is by cataract surgery.
However progression of cataract can be decreased by controlling systemic diseases if any like cataract..
In the initial stages of cataract the vision can be improved by using spectacles. In later stages surgery is the treatment of choice.

Thank you
