Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding blockade of ear and numbness over cheek.

Your symptoms are favoring dysfunction of eustachian tube may be because of viral throat infection, in such cases C.T.Scan of paranasal sinuses remains normal and diagnosis is made by getting retracted ear drum on examination. Since you are having numbness over cheek that may be explained by viral sailoadenitis of parotid.

I hope your query is answered.

Regards.
