What Are The Reasons For Dizziness And Abdominal Cramps?

Hi dr. My name is Moataz ,I have had a bleeding and distcharging bellybutton for almost 4 months ,I didnt give it much of a thought ,I was always washing it and disinfectant ,but i didnt really treat it.

my question is this ,after those 4 months it stops to bleed ,but not I have abdominal cramps always wanna through up but i dont ,and my head feels light and dizzy all the time ,it wont go away.

Dizziness increase while I'm eating . what would all that be ??

The two issues which you have mentioned doesn't seem to be interrelated. The abdominal cramps could be due to many reasons, it could be due to bowel problem or infection in your tummy as you might have lightheadedness, then it could be related to migraine.
