Hi,

I think that this condition of your can be either due to infection or due to hormonal irregularities so I would suggest you to do a thyroid profile test. Start a course of antibiotics doxycycline for 10 days, take antispasmodic drotaverine for cramping pain for 5 days.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sujoy S. Bhattacharjee, OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine
