What Are The Ill Effects Of Smoking?

I have one copy of the Factor 5 Mutation and currently take one baby asprin a day as a precautionary measure per my doctor. I also smoke and am about 75 lbs overweight. What concerns should I have or be aware of with this condition and taking the HCG diet?

Hello
Welcome to the HealthcareMagic.
In factor v mutation(Leiden mutation) thrombosis chances are more Hence you have been prescribed aspirin.
Smoking can affect every organ of body and can lead lung cancer, bronchitis, emphysema, bladder cancer , pancreas cancer etc like many ill effects.
So better to stop smoking as you are having thrombosis tendency also.

Take green leafy vegetables and fruits more.
Avoid high fatty diet.
Consult nutrition specialist for weight reduction

Take care
