Hello, The sonogram reports that you have a fibroid in the uterus. A myoma or a fibroid is a benign tumor of the uterus. It does not always need active treatment unless symptoms arise. Your myoma is located in the muscular layer of the uterine wall, which is the commonest location and is accompanied by a thickened endometrium. The nabothian cyst is an incidental finding and need not be worried about. If you suffer from excessive bleeding during periods with/without pain, you should consider treatment. Several modes of treatment are available, both medical and surgical and you can get further suggestions from your gynecologist. Hope this helps.
