What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy In Patients With Past Appendectomy

Hello my husband and I are tying to conceive our first child, but we are concerned because as a child my appendix ruptured and I had to have an emergency appendectomy. Which left me with a huge scar on my abdomen. Is it possible that it could tear as my stomach stretches during pregnancy? Is it too risky?
