Hi,
I understand your concern.
Mostly,
high blood pressure is seen in all pregnancies. But if you are keen to have another child & to be normal in the
pregnancy, you can-
- Get yourself checked by a physician for having blood pressure in non pregnant state. If you have it-
- you should get investigated to find the cause if any ( thyroid/kidney/ heart problem,
diabetes need to be excluded) & start with treatment as per need as per physician's advise.
- should adopt healthy life style, healthy food habits./
weight management.
- Regular walking & exercises ,
- Meditation/mind concentration techniques to get rid of tension
&
stress.
- Adopt a positive attitude.
- after you get pregnant, have regular pregnancy/blood pressure/urine analysis check ups.Follow doctor's instructions/treatment strictly,
- Continue with blood pressure medicines as per physician's advise,
- Pregnancy exercises, walking to be continued with doctor's consent. Meditation & positive thinking should be followed ,
- Follow dietary advise strictly.
- Keep your mood happy,peaceful & positive.
This way, iI am sure you can manage your blood pressure to normal.
Thanks.
