What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With PCOS?

Can I be pregnant if I have pcos and I am on metformin. I went to the gyn on June 6th bc of excessive bleeding and a sonogram was done. I was given progestorone and it stopped the bleeding. I had sex on June 12th and had some spotting on the 14th,15th, and 16th. Right now I just done feel right. I have been peeing a lot more, I feel crampy or gassy, I have have been nauseous since last tuesday. Can I be pregnant if I have pcos and I am on metformin. Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion PCOD is one of the treatable causes of infertility.Metformin also increases chances of conception. So dont worry. As per your cycle June 12 th comes under safe period. So the pregnancy might be doubtful. But it can be confirmed by urine pregnancy test after a week of missed period. The spotting due to pregnancy might be rare as the pregnancy doesn't present too early. Also regular intercourse increases the pregnancy chances.Avoid stress as it might delay fertility.Weight reduction in case of overweight or obese also most important in PCOD.
