Hi l am 9 month pregnant ,2days ago l start to feel itchy sensation in the inner side of labia majora the next day it become swelling and there is multiple bumb which toured and now I feel sever burning sensation espicialy when any thing touch it like water or when I urinate

During the last trimester vaginal pruritus is very common symptoms, mostly this could be happening to due to hormone changes, if have some lesion then allergic condition or skin infection may be likely and in this condition can be treated with local application of Povidone Iodine ointment, this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
