What Apart Form Pessaries Can An Aged Patient Take To Push Hernia Through The Vagina For Rectocele Surgery ?
beside using pessaries , pushing the hernia through the vagina to help defecation or surgery for rectocele in a very senior patient,, what are the other options available?

Hi,In elderly patients hernia requires surgery as the tissue loses its elasticity in old age.Hence surgery is the last option.Pessaries or pelvic exercises dont help much in a long standing prolapse.
