Hi
As per my knowledge you should have a very well balanced diet. Because if you eat much food and your stomach digest less your brain will send signal to other parts of body along with liver to store food instead of spending and the body stores food in form of fat so it looks like swelling. And if you eat food which very well digest your brain will not send signal to store food. So i think you should have a very well balanced diet especially vegetarian because its easy to digest so brain wont send any signal to other part of body to store food. And carry out cycling without feeling shy.
Consult dietician and endocrinologist.
Get well soon.
Thank you.
