Weight Gain. Done Thyroid Test. What Do The Reports Imply?

I am a 34 year old male and I have gained a lot of weight.I got my thyroid tests done last week. What do the reports imply? Do I have thyroid thats leading to weight gain? TEST NAME VALUE UNITS REFERENCE RANGE TOTAL TRIIODOTHYRONINE (T3) 107 ng/dl 60 - 200 TOTAL THYROXINE (T4) 7.7 μg/dl 4.5 - 12.0 THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE ( TSH ) 3.33 μIU/ml 0.30 - 5.5 Comments : SUGGESTING THYRONORMALCY Please suggest me for further steps.
