Want to shape up lower portion. Skipping good for women who have had caesarian delivery?

Hi, Iam 29 years old mother of 2 kids of 9 years and 6 years old , both are scissorian, my weight is 60 kg and height is 5.2 I want to shape up my lower body portion . so I want to start skipping rope for 5-10 min. regularly but I heared that it is not good for scissorrian women . so that I am very confused .please help me .

Thanks for your query.
Skipping or any form of exercise are allowed for women who have had a Caesarean section.
Also, 9 years and 6 years after the surgeries, it is ABSOLUTELY safe.
Please do not get confused, and indulge freely in whatever form of exercise you wish to choose.
