hello this is XXXXXX .Currently weighing 86 kg after loosing 20 kg in past 4 months at 5 11 height and 20 year of age.I want to have good ripped physique.can i use whey protein and pre workout shake without any side effect?if yes then for how long? i want to mention that i am veg but can take protein and have no allergy and diseases.Need help i hope u will not disappoint me. thank u yours truly

Hello,
To loose weight you should be on low carb high protein diet. Protein should not exceed 0.8g/kg body weight / if your sedentary worker you can consume 40g /day a good quality protein ie egg/ low fat milk or without any additives whey protein around 20g with that consume saladas of fruit /vegetables . take 3-4 servings fruits /vegetables / sprouts. limit your consumption of fat & sugar & simple carbs.
