Want To Conceive. Using Mirena. Endometrioses By Laparotomy. Advise?
I am 42 year old female diagnosed with endometrioses two years ago and had chocolate cyst which was removed by laprotomy . I have one child 6 year old and would like to go for another. I have mirena currently and my amh is 0.03. But I am advised to remove mirena and wait for period . and in periods I will go for a scan wherein ovaries will be checked. Pls advise whether women with endometriosis can try for pregnancy with age similar to mine
