Wake Up Between Every Night. What I Can Do To Sleep Better?

For the last 2 months, i wake up between 2 - 3 am every night. I eat dinner early, around 6pm and follow a simple schedule. I get in bed between 9 and 9:30pm. Some nights, i get in bed early around 8:30 pm and read to my kids, lights out at 9:30pm for sure. I want to know what i can do to sleep better.

With my patient I would have discussed following

Does he needs more sleep and think sleep is not sufficient snd he has some depreressive symptoms because such a sleep pattern symptom may occour in a psychiatric condition called depression

If he delay in getting to bed makes him get up late

You can use some bed time sleep pills for which get in touch with psychiatrist
