Viral Infection, Chest And Stomach Pain, Headaches, Pain Behind Head. Treatment?
Hello doctor, I have been sick with a virus for 1 week having chest pains and a stomach ache, I feel better now but I have a headache for 2 days getting better but when I touch the upper back of my head it hurts and I feel pain. I am 16 years of age and so worried if I have something In my brain. Please get back to me with your answer Thank you

Viral infections are associated with fever, body aches, malaise, weakness and decreased appetite.
If you have got it confirmed from a doctor that the symtoms that you are experiencing are due to viral infection then you need to take some general measures as follows:
1. Take rest. Viral infections take around 7-10 days to clear.
2. If fever appears take paracetamol tablet 500mg.
3. Maintain good hydration by taking fluids, soups, juices, etc.
4. Take high calorie food at regular intervals.
If the symptoms do not decrease after a period of 7-10 days then visit your doctor.
You may be having some other problem.
Diagnosis can only be made after clinical examination and investigations.
