Good Day
Proper hygiene is essential. Clean the area regularly everyday. Don't avoid sweat to accumulate as this could result in Fungal infection. Take plenty of fresh well washed green leafy vegetables to avoid Vitamin deficiency which can cause skin discolouration. Eat well balanced diet. Drink plenty of water to avoid urethreal burning sensation. Practice safe sex using proper barrier methods. If there is any itching and/or abnormal discharge in the area, you may show to a Gynaecologist.
