Using Hydroquinone On Freckles But No Positive Result. Will AHA Cream Help In Getting Toned Skin?

I have freckles on cheek n nose and have been using hydroquinone n retin A but got no suitable results.can I starr with AHA cream and how much time it will take to make my skin even toned ?my chin also gets darker than rest part of face .will AHA be of any help kindly suggest.

Hi. Thanks for posting your concern at HCM

I usually advice my patients to use either kojic acid, glycolic acid OR Hydroquinone twice daily. If hydroquinone is not giving the desired results then may be you can change to Kojic acid OR Glycolic acid(AHA).

Use a broad spectrum sunscreen active against both UVA and UVB throughout the day. Sunscreen is a must for any demelanising therapy to be effective.
