Used Spray For Fluid In Ears, Got Cold Sores Under Nose After. Help?
ok I have had an ear ache on and off for over 1 month my doctor gave me antibiotics but I still have some fluid in my ears even after completing the perscription. I returned tothe doctor and she then gave a nasel spray . after taking the spray for 3 days I am sometimes better but today i woke up feel pretty bad with a cold sore under my nose . Help please

you have acute rhinitis with probably ASOM..
see your ENT surgeon for the diagnosis and management..
for ASOM, gromet insertion may be done for the drainage of fluid.. if it has gone for suppurative change, then operative management may be needed..
for allergic rhinitis, prevention of exposure to allergen is best, along with that mast cell stabilizer like montelucast may be used..
if it doesnot work, go for testing and desensitization of the allergen..

get xray pns waters view and treat them after consulting the ent doctor

sea water 2 drops at night eac nose to cler back of throat and ears
analgesic sos for pain
