Use Of Fish Oil To Reduce The Fatty Acid

Hi, i m a 17 yr old male and wanted to make sure that i was healthy. I was thinking of buying some products from Swisse Multivitamins; mainly swisse men s ultivite teenage for general health, and fish oil to reduce any possible build up of fatty tissue in the arteries. Does this seem ok?

Dear Friend..

Your are 17. This is not an age to take these things to cut down fatty tissue in your arteries.

If you are overweight, start exercises, Go for jogging or brisk walking,
Eat less oil, more of vegiies and fruits.

This is all advise i have for you...

And trust me Swiss Multivit , fish oil is not at all an answer for you to be healthy.

Stay Healthy
