Urine Test And Urine Culture Done. What Does Results Suggest?
We done urine test and urine culture for my mom. The follows is the report for the urine culture
"SPECIMEN : URINE
GRAM'S STAIN : Occasional pus cells, epithelial cells and few gram positive bacilli seen.
ORGANISM ISOLATED : No pathogens isolated in culture."
Please advise us, what the report tells and advise the medication.

Your urine report suggests that you are suffering from bacterial infection.
Advise medication?
Take plenty of fluids.
Antibiotic. Like Levofloxacin 500mg
Antiinflamatory drugs like Paracetamol 650mg
Other symptomatic treatment as required.
