Diagnosis is by following:
Measurement of post-void residual urine volume
Diabetes screening, as indicated
Imaging studies, cystoscopy
and urologic workup, as indicated
Urine dipstick analysis
Tretment is by antibiotics for long time, Have plenty of water.
