Undergone Follicular Study. Suggestions?

sir iam take the follicular study in after mensuration of 10th day i taken the 3 days 10th day EM is 7mm and right ovary is MSF and left ovary also MSF.no fluid in pod.12th day EM is 8.2mm and right ovary is MSF and left ovary also MSF.no fluid in pod.15th day EM is 10mm and right ovary is MSF and left ovary also MSF.no fluid in pod.pls give your advice.thankyou.

Welcome to HCM.
MSF means maximun seen follicle.That you have not mansion.
EM mean endometrium of uterus.
You have not given the follicle size.There is no fluid in pod suggest no follicle rupture.
Start oral medicine like clomifeen citraate under guidance of your ob/gynecologist.
Continue ovulation study in each cycle.
Keep in touch with your doctor.
