I have tried several different diets and I am a regular walker and have done some mini marathons, but I cannot loose weigh I am other wise very healthy. What am I doing wrong?
hello.. first get your blood check ups done to check for thyroid and vitamin D3 and B12.. also check your hemoglobin levels..you need to include some weight training in your regime to shock your body... eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. avoid fried, sweets, junk.. have fruits, nuts, egg whites, sprouts.. avoid carbs for dinner like breads, rice, rotis etc..have soups, salads, veggies, chicken/ fish..you can take optisulin 1 capsule post lunch and dinner..drink plenty of water..take care..
Hi,
Thanks for query,
Menopause stage doesn't give this much weight gain.
First check your thyroid status. The weight gain due to hypothyroidism should be ruled out first.
if you have euthyroid status then stop eating sugar that will cut you calorie intake & continue your walking that will use you calorie.
Thanks.
