hello.. first get your blood check ups done to check for thyroid
and vitamin D3
and B12.. also check your hemoglobin
levels..you need to include some weight training
in your regime to shock your body... eat small meals every 2-3 hours.. avoid fried, sweets, junk.. have fruits, nuts, egg whites, sprouts.. avoid carbs for dinner like breads, rice, rotis etc..have soups, salads, veggies, chicken/ fish..you can take optisulin 1 capsule post lunch and dinner..drink plenty of water..take care..
