Hi there,
Welcome to HCM.
Please do not feel disheartened about your weight and remember there are many people who are fighting with their weight loss program. First of all, you need to change your attitude about life and do not think about what other people think about you. You should be proud that you are planning to lose weight. Next understand that these changes you are doing in diet and exercise regime are lifestyle changes and not something temporary. These have to be followed for life. Now coming to your weight loss program, it can be scheduled easily at home. First calculate your BMI(Body mass index) and find out how many kilos you have to lose according to your height. Then calculate the number of calories you have to eat per day. For a person who is aged 15-25 years, his calorie intake should be about 30-35 calories/per kg of expected body wt. For a person who is older that is 25 and above, his calorie intake will fall to 20 calories/kg body wt. Include some form of exercise like walking, aerobics, any cardio exercise for 1 hr per day. You should lose about half a kilo per week. That is the normal way of losing weight. This weight loss will remain for longer time if you follow the above instructions. Do not hesitate to get back if any more doubts. Thanks.

hi...
First of all i would like to know more about your body weight, height and age.
Having said that get your thyroid levels tested. There no magic pill that can make you lose weight , only with regular exercise and clean eating can u lose weight.Rule out the possibility of a thyroid problem by getting yourself tested. If everythng seems normal then i would ask you to change your diet.
When i say diet doesnt mean you stay hungry , just eating clean.Have small meals every 2-3 hours , i know this sounds contraindicatory to losing weight but this is one of the best way's to boos your body's metabolism. Have 4-5 small meals a day , it should basically consist of veggies and fruits , you will hav to avoid all forms of carbohydrates ( rice, sweets, airated drinks and evn bottled juice).Walk for an hour in the morning after drinking a galss of water everyday .
And hav these small 4-5 meals everyday at the same time , remember here timing is key and also keep yourself hydrated avoid all processed foods and dont get disheartened you will see results soon if you follow your regimen of exercise and eating clean.Follow the above advices and weigh yourself every 2 weeks you should lose 2-4 pounds and keep track of your progress.
Thank you and take care
