The 'yamini pills' that you have mentioned are birth control pills.
It contains a combination of progesterone and estrogen in a such amounts that it will prevent ovulation and change the lining of the uterus such that pregnancy is avoided and the lining of uterus is not fit for implantation.
Oral contraceptive pills do not affect the fertility of the women.
When you want to get pregnant, you need to stop the pills.
It may take few months for the ovulation to recover fully.
Oral contraceptive pills are recommended for nulli parous women (women who do not have any child).
Continue the regime as told by your doctor. Its safe.
Thanks and take care
