please help me in transcribing my ultrasound report; it says the uterus is normal in size measuring 47 mm in length, 49 mm in width and 42 mm in thickness. the myometrium is homogeneous with no intramural masses. the endometrial stripe is intact measuring 7 mm. the cervix is unremarkable. the cul de sac is free of fluid. there are no adnexal masses or cystic foci noted. the right ovary measures 37 mm x 23 mm while the left ovary measures 33 mm x 17 mm. several cystic of varying sizes are noted on both ovaries and aloso the remarks where normal uterus, polycystic ovaries and negative adnexae and cul de sac.
