The Ultrasound report means that :
The Uterus, the myometrium(the muscle lining of uterus) are normal
As there is no intramural massess that excludes fear of tumor or uterine fibroid.
The endometrium is lining of uterus and it is also unremarkable.
The culde sac is free of fluid is good as in normal ultrasound cul de sac is free of fluid accumulation.
Besides the ovaries have several cysts (fluid containing thin layer lined lesion)these may be due to polycystiv ovarian disease (which needs treatment ,if there is symptom)

Grossly speaking the report implies good(except the condition of cysts in ovary, that may need a consultation if you are syptomatic)
