Ultrasound Showed No Embryo Sac, No Implantation. Prescribed Drugs To Support Pregnancy. Had Clear White Discharge. Sign Of Ovulation?

Hi! Oct 14 - i had light spotting. Oct 15 - i started bleeding. On the same day, i had a ultrasound which showed no embyro/sac and the doctor said there was no implantation and embyro cannot be seen. I was also told that it is unlikely that i was having an ectopic pregnancy. I was given dydrogesterone and isoxsuprine which i took for 3 days, until Oct 18 (morning). The doctor said that those drugs would support the pregnancy in case there was an embryo that is yet to implant although i was told the possibility of miscarrying is 50%. Oct 21 - Bleeding/spotting stopped. No D&C. Oct 24 - i had this very clear egg white consistency mucus all day til the next morning. We had contact on oct 24 and 25 morning. Oct 29 (today) - I am feeling very bloated and having feelings of light headedness and a little back pain. My questions are: (1) is the mucus a sign of ovulation and is ovulation possible days after miscarriage?; (2) could i be pregnant this soon?

Thanks for the query.
After abortion, the time of returning of ovulation differ from person to person.
This can vary from 2 weeks to few months.
Usually it is rare to get ovulation, 10 days after miscarriage.
The symptoms you are having now, that is 15 days after abortion, could be part of ovulation syndrome called as mittlesmerz syndrome.

If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
But usually pregnancy symptoms may not occur this much early.
So, consult gynecologist once and take symptomatic treatment.
Then wait till your expected date of periods.
If you miss the periods, go for pregnancy test once.
