Hi and welcome to HCM!
Thanks for posting your query here.
Anteverted uterus is the direction of the uterus which is normal, chorionic sac with single fetal node is-presence of the baby in the uterus-ectopic pregnancy is ruled out, cardiac pulsation is the presence of the heart beat in the fetus, placenta is normal, crown rump length- is a measurement to assess the age of the baby and is used in assessing the growth of the baby intrauterine- which is normal, no intrauterine collection- means no other masses like fibroids, gestation age based on crown rump length is 9 weeks-should be correlated with the last menstrual period, EDD-Expected Date of Delivery is on 22nd November, Internal os closed-opening of the uterus to the outside- normally it should be closed-this will rule out the chances of abortions, both ovaries and adnexa normal-ovaries and the structures around like fallopian tubes are normal, no free fluid in the cul de sac-normal.
Finally you have a single baby of 9 weeks age who is within the uterus without any abnormalities at this time.
Hope I made you to understand your sonogram report easily. I wish you a happy motherhood.
Regards

Hi,
The ultrasound shows the age of your baby, showing 9 weeks healthy pregnancy. Single chorionic sac with single fetal node, means that you have single pregnancy, which is showing heart-beating activity of the baby. The tissue (placenta) which connects baby with mother is located on the anterior wall of the uterus. C.R.L is the length of baby measured from head to the area where baby’s legs begin. There is no extra fluid or blood in the uterus. Expected date of delivery is 22.11.2013. The internal opening of uterus is closed (which is normal). The ovaries and structure of the pelvis are normal. There is no extra fluid in the pelvic area. I hope you understand, if there is still any confusion, you can ask me.
Take care.

Hi and thanks for the query,
an anterveted uterus simply implies the uterus is tilted in front, which is however very normal, especially a pregnant uterus. The fetal parameters are all within normal limits. You need not worry about anything for now. You just have to respect your antenatal visit appointments, take your prescribed medication. Do not hesitate to consult your physician in case you find anything unusual.
For now be cal, as I wish you the best and thanks for using and continuing to use health care magic.
Best regards,
Luchuo, MD.
