Hi and welcome to HCM!
Thanks for posting your query here.
is the direction of the uterus which is normal, chorionic sac with single fetal node is-presence of the baby in the uterus-ectopic pregnancy
is ruled out, cardiac pulsation is the presence of the heart beat in the fetus, placenta is normal, crown rump length- is a measurement to assess the age of the baby and is used in assessing the growth of the baby intrauterine- which is normal, no intrauterine collection- means no other masses like fibroids, gestation age based on crown rump length is 9 weeks-should be correlated with the last menstrual period, EDD-Expected Date of Delivery is on 22nd November, Internal os closed-opening of the uterus to the outside- normally it should be closed-this will rule out the chances of abortions, both ovaries and adnexa normal-ovaries and the structures around like fallopian tubes are normal, no free fluid in the cul de sac-normal.
Finally you have a single baby of 9 weeks age who is within the uterus without any abnormalities at this time.
Hope I made you to understand your sonogram report easily. I wish you a happy motherhood.
