Type two diabetes. Taking rezone, lipikind. Blood sugar test done. Suggestions?

i am a 45 year male with type 2 diabitis. Yesterday when i took my routine blood sugar level, it read as follows : Sugar (F) - 202 mg, PP 370 mg. Cholestrol 198 mg; Triglycerides 480 MG. I have been prescribed the following tables G TAB M 1 - 0 - 1/2; REZONE 0 - 1 - 0; LIPIKIND F : 0 - 0 - 1 Want your advice further. YYYY@YYYY

Since the information regarding history of diabetes and medication is incomplete,it is very difficult to give a proper answer. 
It is also not clear whether medicines ,you have mentioned have been freshly prescribed or are being taken for a longtime.
However if these medicines have been prescribed freshly,you are advised to take them and wait for the response.
Make it a point that you keep a regular date with your doctor and keep your sugar levels in tight control.
Along with medicines,make sure that you do regular exercises and control you diet.
Get your sugar levels checked every 15 days and get the dose of medicines adjusted accordingly,till your sugar levels are brought in normal range.
