Hello and welcome to HCM,
The semen analysis report of your husband is as follows:
1. The volume of semen per ejaculate - 2.1 ml is within normal limits. The volume of semen should be atleast 2ml /ejaculate.
2. The sperm concentration is 63.8 million/ml is also within normal limits. For conception, sperm count should be atleast 20 million /ml.
3. Atleast 50% sperms should have active, forward motion. In your case, only 33% sperms are showing active forward motion.
4. At-least 50% sperms should show normal morphology. However, in your case only 48% sperms are showing normal morphology.

thus, sperms are showing sub-normal motion and sub-normal morphology.
However, a single report is not diagnostic.
Repeat the semen analysis again after abstinence of atleast 3 days.

Thanks and take care
