Hello and welcome to HCM.

Thank you for your query.

Weight loss is no doubt going to help you. Just reducing the intake of food will not always result in weight loss. You will have to increase your basal metabolism rate, which will surely accelerate weight loss. You can do this by increasing your daily physical activity by the introduction of exercise to your routine.

This will help in promoting weight loss, reduction of stress and also indirectly in increasing the chances of getting pregnant. I would also advise you to consult your doctor on increasing the dose of siphene (started with 25 mg, can go to 50 mg, or an even higher dosage if required). hCG injections are also an option you could consider later on in your course of treatment.

Siphene (clomiphene) can also be discontinued for a period of 2-3 months, with the introduction of birth control pills, and once this duration is complete, the reintroduction of clomiphene should be carried out. This regimen as found to increase the efficacy of clomiphene in many women.

I hope I have succeeded in providing the information you were looking for. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications. I would gladly help you.

Best wishes.
