Hey... I am 26 yr married...planning for baby .my due date was 17 march..I dint get my periods...my serum b hcg on 16 march was les than 1 ...and put is negative even today,,please help

need to investigate for harmonal disturbances or thyroid or local organ problem
need consultation with gynaec to find out on above lines to get good results as you think
according to problems it can be treated well
