Treatment For Pregnancy. How To Take Measurement Of Ovary Follicle?
hi, when i took scan on 14th day the size of right ovary follicles was 1.7*1.5,1.4*1.0 cm.Left ovary follicles as MSF and the endometrial thickness was 6 mm.I am under treatment of pregnancy and doctor has asked to take an injection once the follicles are matures .Can you please let me know the matured size of follicle and how this calculated using the above right follicle mesurment.

you have taken ovulation induction drugs ...
you have done follicular studies.. now follicle size is 17mm, wait for one or two days... if it >18mm you can can injection for ovulation...

Only one follicle mature and when it fully mature it burst and release ovum .
This liberated ovum enter into fallopian tube and ready for fertilization.
When follicle size become 19-20 mm it burst and this is known as mature ovarian follicle .
