I am tired a lot feeling worn down urinating a lot sharp pains in head now and then bloated 7 days late on period with 10 year iud. And have a lot of gas what s wrong with me. Had gallbladder removed 3 years ago and have times where feel very thirsty even after drinking a lot of water

The first thought I have is diabetes.
Low thyroid would be the second possibility.
Pregnancy wouldn't be likely here.
You need to see a doctor for an exam and blood work
