After that I had bleeding and found Urine hCG -Ve 1 wk later on 2 consecutive tests. Later, I had experienced little Sego like white discharge for a short duration. Now, I am not getting my periods according to my regular schedule and missed 2 days. I am confused What to do next ?? Is it normal for some delay in periods.
Hello Thanks for your query. After an abortion, you can expect your period within 4 - 6 weeks. So a delay of a few days is quite normal. Also, you should confirm that abortion is complete via a pelvic ultrasound scan. That will reveal whether the uterine cavity is empty or not. there could be a possibility of some retained products, or infection, which should be ruled out by ultrasound That is the only precaution needed, other than that, do not worry. Take care.
