regular menstruation without drugs is a very good sign, meaning that the ovaries are functioning. But you must test your chances of pregnancy by the following:
1- Day 2 hormonal profile: FSH, LH, TSH, Prolactin and E2.
2- Anti mullerian hormone measurement at any time.
3- Basal antral follicle count which is measured by a pelvic transvaginal scan day 2-5.
4- Clomiphene citrate challenge test.
the above tests give an idea about the function of your ovarian tissue, you may also test your fallopian tubes by a hysterosalpingiography and test your partener by a recent semen analysis if necessary.
results of these tests will answer your question.
thank you and I wish you the best of luck.
