i am a male.i am 18 years old. my height is 5ft 3in my weight is 40kgs so plz tel me till what age a male can grow ? what can i do to increase my height weight coz i want to be atleast 5ft 7in 60kgs

Start eating a heathier diet and have a good work-out plan

I was 5'7 two years ago and now I'm 6 ft due to my heathly diet

I work-out 4x a week 1 hour a day
