Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Diagnosis of diabetes can be done through a fasting or 2 hr blood test or a test called HbA1c.
A fasting blood sugar level less than 100 is normal, between 100 and 125- prediabetic where the person is at risk of developing diabetes but does not have it as yet, and greater than 126 means that the person is diabetic.

A 2 hr post reading is normal if less than 139, prediabetic between 140 and 199 and diabetic if greater than 200.

Based on the fasting level of 92 , you would not be classified as pre diabetic or diabetic, this is a normal reading.
The 2hr of 130 is also normal.

I hope this helps

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
You are Hypertensive and Overweight which also depend on your height, and if BP is controlled with above medicine please continue to take it, Your blood sugar level are in non diabetic range at present but please continue to take care of diet avoiding refined sugars and Fats and high calories food items and please also take up regular exercises and decrease salt in diet to 2.5 gm/day.
In such cases here is insulin resistance and Dyslipidemia and central obesity which indicate metabolic syndrome so please check your blood sugar twice a year and also check your HbA1C level.
Please check up with local Physician and follow advise and do keep good follow up.
Wish you good Health
Good Luck.

Hello,
As far as your blood reports is concerned ,you are not diabetic.
A value of fasting blood sugar below 100 and PP (2hrs ) sugar below 140 is considered as normal reports.
However you are quite overweight and this in itself is a big risk factor for future cardiovascular problems as well as diabetes.
Reduce your calories, reduce your weight and do regular exercises.
Headache can be caused by various reasons and so you can consult your doctor for that.
Thanks
