Telekast is a good medicine for controlling asthma symptoms. It has very little side effects and can be taken over long periods of time. So you can safely continue taking telekast. However it cannot control acute attacks of asthma and you should have your rescuer medicines with you or you may consult a pulmonologist in case you develop acute symptoms.
