Taken Hydrocortisone For Lump On Shoulder. Done Scan. Diagnosed As Arthritis. Your Opinion?

sorry i went with my great aunt to hospital as she was having a scan on her shoulder but i didn't go with her to the doctors she has a lump which the doctor gave her an injection of hydrocortisone as he said the hospital said she also had arthoritus sorry about the spelling. I thought it may of been a melanoma but she can not remember what he said she believed it began with an L but i can not find any thing about it so was wondering if u could help
