Symptoms Of Fatigue, Irritation, Insomnia, Weight Gain, Thinning Eyebrows. Lump In Front Of Throat. Tests Done. Suggestion?

i have been dealing with symptoms of fatigue, irritabilty ,insomnia, weight gain, thinning eye brows over a period 4 years. i have a lump in the front of throat which i just went for ultrasound & i think its a cyst but the technician not allowed to state. here are my readings from labs

IT APPEARS THAT THE SWEELING OR LUMP IN FRONT OF YOUR NECK IS ARISING FROM THYROID GLAND. ALL THE SYMPTOMS YOU DESCRIBE MAY BE ATTRIBUTABLE TO DECREASE THYROID HORMONES. IF SO THEN THESE SYMPTOMS ARE TOTALLY TREATABLE. PLEASE CONSULT AN ENDOCRINOLOGIST FOR PROPER DOSAGE OF DRUGS. I WISH YOU GOOD HEALTH THANKS
