What Are The Episodes Of Extreme Fatigue And Prickly Pains?

I have been having bouts of extreme fatigue and pins and needle sensation all over my body. the other night I had insomnia and felt my vision was more blurred than normal. What might these symptoms point too? My fatigue can come on quickly especially mid day and may not have too do with insomnia.

Hello
Welcome to HCM.
You have symptoms like extreme fatigue, pin-pricking sensation all over the body, insomnia and blurring of vision.
There some common medical illnesses which must be ruled out if a person has such symptoms. You should visit your physician and get your blood sugar, thyroid levels and blood pressure checked.

Further line of management would be decided after that.
You can take multivitamin supplements for now.
Hope this helps you.
Thanks.
