Swollen Ear And Neck, Pain While Urinating, Pain In Feet, Varying Body Temperature, Giving Calpol

hi m daughter is 18th months old, has a swelling under her left ear, crying when she passes urine , crying with her feet saying they are ouch, i have changed the shoes, massaged her feet cant see anything, her temp has been going up and down, i have been giving her capol to help easy the pain, and plently of fluids, she only wants wet foods or mashed foods today, the swelling on her neck has increased today was not to big last night. otherwise she is bright and alert, playing as normal with crying every so often. she also has teeth pushing through that are quiet sharp.her bowel movements are fine. any ideas what this could be.

Hi,

It looks like your daughter is having urinary tract infection ; as she is crying while passing urine, presence of fever.
Regarding swelling under her left ear; it can be lymph nodes but until and unless examination is done; we can not diagnose it.
So consult pediatrician, if she is having urinary tract infection, she needs antibiotics to cover up.
Give her lots of fluids.
