My son is almost 3 and has been running a fever for three days my son is almost 3 and has been running a fever for three days and now his right eye and cheek are swollen. This morning his genitals are swollen and a little red. What could this be and should i call the dr??

Yes.From symptoms it could be some viral infection and could be an insect bite which can lead to this.give him medicine for fever.feed him plenty of liquids and light diet to eat.Avoid any creams on the area.
