Swollen Bleeding Spot In The Waist. What Is It?
I had a relatively large spot on my waist. It looked more like a swelling that had gone red and become painful as of yesterday. I applied some turmeric to the swelling before sleeping, and when i woke up this morning it had popped and there was some amount of dry blood around it and on my shorts. I have cleaned it but now it has some sort of opening to it that sometimes releases a small amount of blood. What is this spot?

You had a large spot looks like a swelling on the waist. it became red and pain full, applied turmeric,there was dry blood around, and still oozing.
It appears to be a hematoma, and needs to be treated with antibiotics after irrigation.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
Try to avoid friction to it , don't try to handle it by own, to prevent superinfection.
