Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely urinary infection.Urine routine investigation will be needed to clarify it.For my patients with such cases i advise fluoroquinolone antibiotics and spasmolytics like flavoxate.Cranberry juice or barley water is good to alkalanize urine.I also recommend my lady patients to use intimate wash to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH which helps from not getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
